1. Service Scope & Nature

SwitchPilot provides self-serve financial estimation tools, career transition calculators, deterministic document templates, and the Switch Decision Pack.

2. Switch Decision Pack Purchase & 90-Day Access

• The Switch Decision Pack is priced at a one-time charge of ₹199 (inclusive of applicable taxes). It is not an auto-renewing subscription.
• Purchase entitles the user to 90 days of access to generate and regenerate personalized financial decision reports, three-scenario models, counter-offer drafts, and early-release communication playbooks.
• Downloaded PDF reports, text exports, and document drafts remain the property of the user and can be used indefinitely after the 90-day access window closes.

3. No Employment Outcome Guarantees

We do not guarantee that an employer will accept a notice period buyout, approve an early relieving request, waive a non-compete clause, or match a counter-offer proposal. HR decisions remain entirely subject to employer discretion and mutual agreement.

4. Device Recovery & Fair Use

Access is associated with the email address supplied during checkout. You may restore access on another browser session via email recovery tokens. Commercial sharing, automated mass scraping, or reselling generated reports is prohibited.
