1. Browser-First Processing

SwitchPilot is designed to minimize server data transmission. Free calculators (such as the Last Working Day calculator, Notice Period Buyout calculator, Gratuity calculator, and Switch ROI model) execute calculations deterministically within your web browser.

Document drafts created in our document generators and checklists are stored locally in your browser session using web storage. We do not require an account, password, or login to use standard tools.

2. Purchase & Commercial Records

When you purchase the Switch Decision Pack (₹199 one-time), we collect your email address strictly to:

• Transmit your purchase receipt and transaction reference.
• Issue single-use recovery tokens so you can restore your 90-day access on another device.
• Meet statutory invoice and commercial accounting requirements.

Payment processing is conducted by certified payment gateways (such as Razorpay). We do not store your credit card numbers, debit card PINs, UPI PINs, or netbanking credentials on our servers.

3. Server Report & Optional AI Enhancement Requests

When you request a personalized Switch Decision Report or an optional AI tone enhancement:

• The specific compensation inputs or text snippet you submit are transmitted over encrypted TLS connections.
• We do not retain raw salary figures, personal identification numbers (PAN/Aadhaar), or pasted confidential employer text by default.
• Optional AI processing is executed only after you provide specific consent. Prompts are sanitized to remove detected contact numbers and email addresses before provider transmission.

4. Optional Campaign Measurement

If Google or Meta measurement is enabled, those scripts load only after you choose to allow optional measurement. They may process page views, completed-tool events, checkout starts and confirmed purchase values to measure campaign performance. We do not send salary figures, document text, recovery tokens or purchase email addresses in marketing events.

You can reject measurement or reopen Privacy choices from the footer. Rejecting after previously allowing measurement reloads the site without those scripts.

5. Local Data Removal

You can clear all stored local profiles, checklists, and document values at any time by clearing your browser site data or cookies for this domain.
